Fluoride ka naam aate hi kuch log immediately “chemical!” bol ke dar jaate hain. Lekin sach yeh hai ki fluoride decades se cavity prevention ka tested hero raha hai—bus dose aur usage sahi hona chahiye.

Simple rule: adults aur older kids ke liye fluoride toothpaste generally recommended hai. Agar koi special medical reason hai jisse avoid karna ho, to wo decision dentist/doctor ke saath discuss karke hi better hota hai, YouTube video dekh ke nahi.
