Night-Time Skincare for Tired, Dull-Looking Skin: Simple Routine Ideas

Raat ka time skin ke liye repair shift jaisa hota hai. Din bhar pollution, sun, sweat, makeup jo stress daalte hain, unko raat me thoda balance karna possible hai—even agar tumhara routine bohot minimal hi kyu na ho.

Step one: proper cleansing. Agar tum sunscreen ya makeup use karte ho, ek hi baar face wash se sab nikalna kabhi-kabhi enough nahi hota. Light cleansing balm/ oil + gentle face wash combo (“double cleansing”) pore-clogging residue kam kar deta hai. Oily skin wale bhi right formula choose karke yeh kar sakte hain.

Step two: targeted product, agar tum use karna chahte ho. Dull skin ke liye mild exfoliating acids (low-strength AHA/BHA), retinoids (prescribed or OTC), ya vitamin C serums useful hote hain—lekin sab ek saath nahi, warna irritation fix karne me hi time jayega. Slow introduce karo.

Step three: moisturiser. Raat me thoda richer texture tolerate kar paoge, chahe din me chip-chip pasand nahi ho. Barrier-ko-support karne wale ingredients—ceramides, glycerin, hyaluronic acid—skin ko plump aur calm feel karwate hain.

Screen time bhi raat ka villain hai. Direct skin se zyada, wo tumhari sleep quality kharab karta hai, jo indirectly face pe dikh jata hai. Bedtime se thoda pehle phone side rakhna skin ke liye bhi investment hi hai.

Night routine ka goal perfection nahi, consistency hai. Din nahi, weeks–months me difference dikhega.
